# Full Send — Production Process

Full Send runs every project through three phases: **Pre-production**, **Production**, and **Post-production**. Each phase has defined client touchpoints and deliverables.

## Pre-production

### Kick-off Meeting

Full Send takes a deep dive into the client's business to understand who they are, the unique problem they solve, and who they solve it for. This grounds the video in a specific audience and ensures the final piece feels like an extension of the brand.

### Creative Meeting

The team generates scripts, interview questions, shot lists, storyboards, and whatever else the video might need, then presents the plans and revises them until the client feels confident.

### Logistics Meeting

A final meeting is used to finalize scheduling and logistical details needed for a smooth production process.

## Production

Three production modes are offered:

### Onsite Production

Full Send sends a small video crew, typically 3–5 people, to the client's location to capture cinematic footage and interviews to tell their story with excellence.

### NoPro (No-production)

For projects that do not need onsite filming, Full Send produces videos using a combination of motion graphics, stock footage, and voice-over.

### Remote Production *(Coming Soon)*

Much like the NoPro option, this mode uses high-quality stock footage and motion graphics partnered with virtually-directed webcam footage to produce captivating videos without sending a crew.

---

## Post-production

### First Delivery

The first version of the video includes:

- Cinematic editing
- Motion graphics
- Licensed music
- Custom music editing
- Sound design
- Sound mixing & mastering
- Color correction

### Revisions

Clients review the video and leave feedback and comments directly on the timeline. The team implements that feedback in an updated version.

### Final Delivery

Once the client approves a version they love, Full Send sends an email with a link to download high-quality video files.
